PURPOSES AND

OBJECTIVES:



The Cloud Support organization is serving as the

fundament for the new OnDemand delivery unit. The team will now

be extended in order to support the growing number of Business

ByDesign customers as well as supporting new Cloud products

like Sales OnDemand, Travel OnDemand, Business Objects OnDemand

(BIoD), Streamwork (SW), and eSourcing OnDemand. For the

extended responsibilities we need colleagues who are looking

for new challenges and can both deliver excellent customer

support as well as drive call deflection activities and

projects.




EXPECTATIONS AND

TASKS:



  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents by means

    of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries

    or hardware parameters



  • Root Cause Analysis of reported

    incidents



  • Call deflection (productizing knowledge,

    moderating forums, knowledge sharing etc.)



  • Participation in global projects around support

    processes, infrastructure requirements and quality

    assurance



  • Report errors to Development • Provide consulting

    for customers on procedural issues and queries




WORK EXPERIENCE:



  • No previous experience required



EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND

COMPETENCIES:



  • Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science,

    Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or

    to be graduated after July/2016)



  • Proficiency with PCs and desktop

    software



  • Knowledge with Business Processes would be a

    benefit



  • Bias for action and initiative


  • Problem solving/analytical skills


  • Systematical, communicative and creative

    focus



  • Flexible approach to working in teams as well as

    environment



  • Advanced English, Spanish is an

    advantage
