Atividades:
Coordinates the job to be
done on site in collaboration with the ISM informing
permanently the project management area. Ensure the
correct information about Work List (after Start-UP)
and Punch List with support Project Management Team.
Participate to the Installation Kick-off. Meeting leads
by Project Management Area in presence of Product Group
and Engineering in order to get information concerning
logistic, planning, safety and machine status.
Responsible for declaring all the non conformities
occurred during the installation in SINCRO. Follow-up
by extracting every week the punch list of each project
and update the non conformities “man/days”, and every
day the exchange orders status. Control the Man/days
Spent vs Forecasted inicial and declare the man/days
lost to have the control of the non conformities.
Require the resources needed to the planning team.
Attends the weekly meeting with planning in order to
revise the resources for the coming projects. Ensure
the correct control of the technicians in site, filled
daily during Installation phase. Control into the LN
(Local ERP) of costs and forecast for the projects,
ensure the daily report performed by installation site
D.O. (Di�rio de Obra). To open and maintain the follow
up file for each project. To create the activities in
the internal control system too and send the Work
Control. Follows up every day the warranties arrivals
in the stock. At the end of the installation and once
he gets the technical acceptance, to transfer all the
information and docs related to the project to the
customer service management area. Ensure the
Installation Folder is updated for the service manager
before site activities start. Distribute Installation
REPORT every month. Ensure that the (project review
weekly meeting are held with the project management
area and ISM. Every year to apply the annual
performance appraisal evaluation. The personal
evaluation objectives will be defined with the
installation manager.
