Customer Care Representative - Action Pest Control - Terre Haute, IN

Action Pest Control is seeking a Customer Care Representative in the Terre Haute area – someone who will enjoy the responsibility of ensuring our customers always feel important by providing to them caring support and competent service. Position is for day shift including early evening hours.

Preferred Skills:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Valid motor vehicle operator’s license (if you have 3 or more minor traffic offenses in the past 5 years or 1 DUI or reckless driving conviction in the past 7 years, you will be disqualified from employment due to insurance requirements).

High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred.

US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.

Able to work 7:30-5 and some overtime, some Saturdays as required.

Read, speak, and comprehend English.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to communicate well, maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a high degree of competence, as well as promote harmony in the work place via productivity, attendance and behavior.

1 – 2 years sales experience required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.

Knowledge of MS Office business applications.

Skill in using MS Office business applications.

Skill in planning and prioritizing work and completing work in a timely manner.

Skill in oral and written communication.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to operate computer and other office equipment.

Ability to learn and use new computer software programs.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
