Job Summary
You will be part of the Ericsson
Latin America Trainee Program for this program we are looking
for professionals that are potentials for first-line management
leaders, with a diverse range of nationalities across latin
america. We are looking for the best talent in Mexico, Brazil
and Chile.
Ideally, you have telecoms and/or
media-related experience, management experience and/or
management consultant experience. In addition to your
intellectual abilities, you will be assessed on people,
organizational and thought leadership capabilities.
In this role, you will be part of
a global team of highly skilled industry experts within
Ericsson sales process. Your strong IT background and basic
expertise in cloud/virtualization will complement Ericsson’s
wide-ranging telecommunication experience.
To apply, you must have a Master
Degree on the fields of Telecom, Engineering, Computer Science,
Electronic, Business or related. Graduated with no more than 2
years. Preferably you should have two years of relevant,
professional work experience. You are internationally-oriented
in terms working with diverse teams.
As part of the Trainee Program you
will have the opportunity to rotate in different areas within
our business. The program is designed to provide you with a
strong learning structure that will enhance a fast development
within our company.
Responsibilities &
Tasks
To become the Subject Matter
Expert in specific technologies, product/service or solutions
delivery
Work with sales/engagement
practice team to develop and build value argumentation
Handle and/or advice in new
projects, business, deals.
Participate in knowledge
transfer and information sharing
Share information about Ericsson
solutions to educate customers
You might be required to travel
at least 30% to 50% of your time.
