 Position responsibilities:
- Directs & controls office traffic and phone calls to the HR Department
 - Provide administrative support to the HR Director & HR staff as necessary
 - Provide support to the HR Recruiter regarding prescreening, transfers, pre-employment processing, and special projects
 - Assist the HR Generalist (HRIS) in research, data gathering, and communications
 - Exceptional customer service & interdepartmental collaboration
 - Lead HR special projects as assigned
 - Organize, control, and maintain employee files
 - Manage the daily HR office tasks & functions
 - Maintains, orders for, and stocks the HR office supplies
 - Provides assistance to applicants applying for positions
 - Provides assistance and support to employees
 - Prepares employee badges
 - Completes files audits to ensure TJC compliance & consistency
 - Maintains confidentiality of all transactions at all times
 
 Essential educational/licensure, skills and experience:
 3 years administrative support experience 
Associates Degree in Human Resources Management or related field 
Computer literacy & familiarity with nearly all Microsoft Office products
