Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Generate business development by solicitation of qualified customers.
-Partner with retail businesses and prepare/send solicitation mailings.
-Maintain delinquency control. Consistently work delinquency lists to meet goals including, daily follow-up of past due accounts, document of collection activity/promise dates and closing of loans.
-File and track auto titles and UCC filings. Prepare credit denial letters.
-Maintain privacy and confidentiality of each customer.

Requirements for the Customer Service / Account Representative position:
~Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills are required.
~Candidates must be professional, poised, able to follow directions, and work independently as well as part of a team.

~Goal & Out come oriented, reliable and enthusiastic.
~General PC knowledge.
~Leadership skills preferred.
