Datos del Puesto:

We are currently in need of an enthusiastic individual to provide

product and technical support to our worldwide customer base. The

Customer Support Agent will become an expert in the mobincube

platform and will take support requests from mobincube customers

from a variety of different sources including email, live chat

and our ticketing system.


Responsibilities:

– Provide excellent customer support

– Answering incoming customer tickets and help clients with

their IT technical issues.

– Follow up and solving mobincube platform incidents.

– Escalate incidents to level 2 when unable to resolve the

issue via ticketing tool.

– User management.

– Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet

expectations.

– Create help and training documentation and videos, as needed,

to be included in mobincube�s online community.



Job offer:

– We�re looking for a long term relationship, with 6 month

probation period.

– Working hours: 15:00-00:00 CET

– International work environment

– Training provided
