Job description:
The Digital and Social Marketing Manager for LATAM will serve
as the digital liaison between the marketing team, the
e-commerce team, the social team and the web teams. They will
be the content thought-leader for digital marketing. They will
aid in the creation and execution of digital and mobile content
strategies.
This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Work closely with product & brand business leaders (as well
as global social media team) to understand overall objectives
and translate these into actionable social media & digital
engagement strategies & plans
Lead cross-country online marketing planning alignment; traffic
light management; and consolidation of plans ensuring strength
and alignment of messaging and plans at all touchpoints of
consumer journey.
Responsible for identifying regional opportunities, develops
plan and manage the implementation
Develops and strengthens the relationship with Google, Facebook
and potential regional partners
Work with outside agencies to develop, execute and measure
social media campaigns that generate engagement and sharing
Measurement and analysis of social programs and content plans
Manage budgets and invoicing process
Lead evangelism for digital and social media across the
organization and help manage training platforms and programs
Basic Qualifications:
6+years social media and digital marketing at agency or major
brand with strong social media activity. Regional experience is
a must
Significant understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem –
from planning to implementation through optimization and
measurement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with
global partners such as Facebook, Google.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Global sensibilities with proven ability to work with virtual
teams
Deep knowledge of social networking platforms and their
potential to drive business results

MBA or further specialization is a plus
Prior experience working in multinational companies, within a
matrix reporting structure.
