FOSS is looking for experienced Sales persons for
positions as Regional Sales Manager in Uberlandia /
Goiania / Cascavel / Sao Paulo Country Side.
Furthermore, we are looking for a Customer Manager
internal sales for our office in Sao Paulo. FOSS Brazil
has regionally based sales, applications, and customer
support personnel throughout Brazil. Their talented
team is ready to help improve the efficiency, control,
and profitability of their clients’ operations. The
job As a Regional Sales Manager, your main tasks will
be to sell the company\’s products and services using
technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to
influence customers and assist them in applying the
products/services to their needs resulting in revenue
generation. That require that your will: Complete the
required number of sales calls of minimum 8 per week.
Provide input and participate in the marketing, market
planning and technical development of products and
services for the feed industries. Create sales
strategies for each account including Key Accounts and
national Accounts. Train and share knowledge with
fellow colleagues. Give professional presentations to
many different types of people and organizational
level. Create and manage territory plan including
measurable goals, dollars by product line, and
timetable for actions. Maintain accurate records with
respect to prospects, pre-implementation
planning/proposal preparation, sales calls, quotations,
pricing, etc, using CRM system.
Experiência:
The ideal
candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering ,
Poultry or Cattle Nutrition, Feed and Forage products
or other related field. You hold a minimum of 7 years
experience in a sales role in business-to-business
sales to the food industry is required. The preferred
candidate has a strong track record of
meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections in
capital equipment sales. You have experience in
cross-selling and Value Based Selling (benefits and
profit enhancement proposition) rather than selling
price alone. We also value experience in driving
revenue in technical products/instruments is strongly
preferred. It is prerequisite to be able to speak and
understand English since much of our communication
will be in English. Furthermore, you have to be
fluent in You have good computer skills, including
Microsoft Office suite applications such as
PowerPoint and Excel is required for writing
proposals and presentations. We are looking for a
person who: Is action oriented with a proven ability
to achieve results. Has a strong customer focus with
ability to effectively interact with current and
prospective customers to close sales or provide
customer care. Has a high degree of integrity and
professionalism. Is able to work with a variety of
personalities and styles. Is a strong
relationship-builder, both internally and externally.
Is self-motivated, with a capacity to perform in a
fast paced environment.
