Administrative Assistant (Terre Haute, IN) - Questhealthcare - Terre Haute, IN


We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long-term temporary assignment. The position is with a chemical company located in Terre Haute, IN. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written skills, have strong organizational skills and should have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). SAP experience is a huge plus. This person will have access to a lot of confidential information therefore, confidentiality is a must.

Job functions include but not limited to: *

  • Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit *

  • Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line *

  • Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries *

  • Calendaring *

  • document preparation and management correspondence *

  • travel arrangements *

  • meeting/travel coordination *

  • Sorting and filing documents *

  • Document support *

  • Prepare monthly expense reports; track monthly expenses
