Processing Clerk I - First Financial Corporation - Terre Haute, IN


Item Processing is to correct any missing or incorrect fields in documents sent from branches. To insure that all transactions received from branches are complete and balanced; performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong mathematical, communication and organizational skills.

Ten-key calculator skills preferred.

Primary Activities

Key Missing, incorrect and misread transactions that are received from all First Financial Bank branches


·


Balance all transactions by locating missing documents, misreads, listing errors and/or teller errors


·


Transmit all transit checks that were received by tellers that day


·


Check accounts after balancing all transactions for accuracy and special handling


·


Answer telephone calls from branches and assist with problem solving issues including outages


·


All other duties as assigned.
