Probation Adult Probation Officer - Vigo County, IN - Terre Haute, IN
Probation Officer Minimum qualifications:
Shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Shall be an American citizen.
Shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or be in the last semester of a baccalaureate degree program.
Shall have passed (or will pass within six months of hiring) the probation officer examination and attended (or will attend ) the probation officer orientation program.
Shall be (or will become) certified in completing Indiana Risk Assessments.
Shall be a person of good moral character.
Must demonstrate leadership ability and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Supplemental Information:
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education.
Minimum starting salary: $31,456.00 – $43,470.00
