Human Resource Coordinator - Alorica - Terre Haute, IN
This includes employee file maintenance, benefits administration, and employee relations. Job Responsibilities: Onboarding all new hires (orientation, paperwork, reporting) Process and track unemployment claims. Participate in unemployment hearings Coordinate benefit enrollment/changes for new hires and existing employees Assist with compliance efforts, programs, and department project work as directed by the HR Manager Assist in Employee Relations issues and investigations as needed. Assist in termination procedures Maintain and manage all personnel files Conduct exit interviews and track responses Tracking employee status changes to include promotions, demotions, and terminations FMLA and LOA tracking Prepare weekly/monthly reporting Performance appraisal coordination Other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements: At least one year of Administrative or HR experience College Degree and/or HR certification a plus Qualifications: Exposure to benefits, basic Employee relations, reporting, compliance Experience with Federal Laws Strong attention to detail Proficient with MS Office tools Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities We at Alorica are proud to be part of a company which does great work while providing an enjoyable and supportive environment.
