HIRING FIREWORKS STORE OPERATORS FOR FIREWORKS SEASON

We are looking to hire 100+ store operators for the upcoming fireworks season in Indiana:

• Locations open on or around June 6th and close by July 15th.


• Compensation is $1200 plus 6% of store net sales to be dispersed over the season.


• Average retail sales are approximately $48,000 per location.


• Operators are held accountable for labor, sales, and overall store operations.


• Operators must maintain proper staffing and are responsible for compensating their associates.


• During this 6 week commitment, stores are typically open 12 hours/day other than July 3rd and 4th.


• Operators are responsible for setting up, inventorying, and tearing down their store.


• Training will be conducted on May 29th.
