Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Caregiver) - Arrow Consultation Services, Inc. - Terre Haute, IN

We are seeking compassionate people to provide care and assistance for individuals with disabilities.

Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Home Manager position available (salary exempt position – supervisory experience required)
Work Location(s): Terre Haute, IN – also hiring in Bloomington, Columbus, Evansville, Indianapolis
Shift(s): Weekday/Weekend/Day/Night/Overnight shifts available
Starting Rate of Pay: Contingent Upon Experience + Hiring Bonus
Employment Status: Part-Time/Full-Time

Some of the job duties include:
- Provide formal and informal training and assistance in activities of daily living: dressing, bathing, eating, cooking, cleaning, etc.
- Provide formal and informal training and assistance with social interaction skills: talking, writing, leisure activities, treatment toward self and others, etc.
- Provide training and assistance with self-administration, and administer all ordered medications
- Provide transportation for individuals to and from community outings/ activities and scheduled appointments as required
- Ensure a healthy, clean and safe living environment
- Log daily activity in computer system (typing skills & basic computer familiarity will be necessary)

**Experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance

Training is provided in Carmel, Indiana every month. The next training will begin Monday, April 13th. Physical & County Criminal Background Check required prior to training.
