Your skills are needed to assist a large global manufacturer & distributor in the Terre Haute, Indiana area in supporting our infrastructure across North America and Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and administration for end-users in the client/servers environment. They will be responsible for the design, configuration, installation and support of the Windows 2012/2008 and Vmware server environment. In this role you will work in a team environment to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Windows server architecture

• Windows 2012 and 2008


• Windows networking services


• Remote Desktop Services


• IIS

Strong understanding of VMware infrastructure; VMware v5.5

• High availability solutions; vMotion, storage vMotion, DRS


• VMware backup/recovery solutions

Expectations:

• Ability to provide support in a 24×7 work environment and participate in an on-call rotation schedule


• Minimal travel required, telecommuting not available


• Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills
