Job Entry Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, understanding of financial institution mortgage loan and documentation procedures, good written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills helpful, 10-key calculator skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Performs clerical duties as related to processing mortgage loan transactions, including processing loan transactions, and maintaining departmental records.

Interacting with customers regarding loan accounts and maintenance tracking

Understanding and performing mortgage loan duties for customers.
·
Analyzes, researches reports related to bank customer mortgage loan accounts.
·
Prepare mortgage releases for paid off mortgages
