CLERK-GENERAL OFFICE-UHTH SUPPORTIVE FLOAT POOL - Union Hospital - Terre Haute, IN
is responsible for transporting medications from Union Hospital Pharmacy to Providence Medical Group Oncology.

Must complete all necessary deliveries and pick up as required. Ensures timely, safe and accurate delivery of medications.
> Maintains communication with appropriate office personnel regarding deliveries and pick ups
> Must be familiar with Union Hospital Campus and Providence Medical Group
> Medical Terminology helpful
> Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s license and excellent driving record
> 8am-1200 pm or 12:00pm -4pm Monday-Friday
