ABOUT THE POSITION


As an integral part of our Client Services Team, this position will be responsible for assisting in activities that support the directives and initiatives of the operations.


 


 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


This associate has the following key responsibilities:


  • Follow up on leads for various Joink services, analyzing coverage and the opportunity

  • Generate sales thru customer calls

  • Scheduling new business, service, and new projects

  • Answer phones and greet customers as they enter the office

  • Support marketing efforts and prepare materials as requested

  • Participate in community events as a liaison for Joink, LLC

  • Enter data used to drive business processes

  • Analyze reports and provide a summary to management

  • Assist in processing sales transactions

  • Assist in processing mail

  • Provide follow-up support to customers

  • Assist in creating workflows and processes to support business processes and products

  • Other duties as assigned

 



QUALIFYING QUESTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum qualifications required to fill this position are:


  • Associates degree

  • Adept in verbal and written communication

  • Demonstrates a strong passion to train and resolve end user questions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills

  • Excellent Attendance

 


REPORTS TO


  • Client Services Operations Manager

 


SUPERVISES


  • No direct reports

  • May lead, train, or participate in work team assignments
