Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop business opportunities through phone, mail and in office customer contact. Process credit applications and close loans. Safeguard cash and follow balancing procedures. Achievement of delinquency control standards. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of each customer.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position:
