As a Refrigeration and Appliance Service Technician, you must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. We are seeking a dedicated team player who is able to ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills.
 
Requirements of the Service Technician role include:
 
-CFC/EPA Certification is required (applicants holding a master-level trade/occupational license(s), ie HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, General Contractor, Plumbing may be used to qualify or given hiring preference and additional compensation based on business needs)
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-At least 1 – 2 years of appliance repair or refrigeration experience, preferred
-Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
-Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
-Ability to perform accurate repair of customer product
-Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship

In support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane), Bowhead seeks a Database Administrator.


NSWC Crane develops and supports a variety of operations including; fleet maintenance and modernization, radar, power systems, strategic systems, small arms, surface and airborne electronic warfare, night vision systems, and undersea warfare systems.


The Database Administrator will assist with the analysis and definition of data requirements and specifications, design, normalize, develop, install and implement databases. The Database Administrator will also maintain, monitor, tune, and perform backup and recovery of databases. Tasking includes responsibility for installing, configuring, and maintaining database management systems software, and analyzing and planning for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements.


• Develop and administer data standards, policies and procedures.


• Develop and implement data mining and data warehousing programs.


• Evaluate and provide recommendations on new database technologies and architectures.


• Provide services that are outside the cognizance of the Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) contract.


• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications.


• Experience with SQL, ORACLE, and mySQL.
