Major Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, burnishing, strip & waxing, carpet cleaning & scrubbing tile.


• Report at assigned times


• Clean floors to specification


• Clean within budget hours


• Clean/work to have green ratings 100% of time.


• Report concerns to GM or AL. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building, etc.)


• Follow all procedures (received in orientation and training.

Hours of Work:
15 – 30 hours of work per week. Work hours are a minimum of 20 hours a week. If there are not 20 hours of work at customer’s facilities for the week, then the additional hours up to 20 will be at the office doing maintenance and organization of floor equipment and products. We fully anticipate this becoming a full-time position within this calendar year.

The regular scope of hours includes floor maintenance with our regular customers. Any additional work that is not a part of our regular customer contracts or new customers, is in addition to any regular hours.

Rate of Pay: The Lead Floor Tech position pay ranges from $12/hr to $15/hr depending on experience and qualifications. Some contract work may vary in pay, to be determined at the time contracts are signed by the customer, but never less than $12/hr.

Transportation: We provide a cargo van and gas to all work locations, and a trailer when extra equipment is needed. We provide all equipment and supplies for all jobs that are required for this position.
