Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service and Installation services


• Schedule appointments with customer within 24 hours of receipt


• Communicate with Corporate office and Customers as needed


• Check online job queue and/or email daily


• Submit completed service invoices electronically – via email or fax

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Experience


• Personal and/or Professional Experience with Required Job Types


• Access to Internet/Scanner/Fax/Email


• Cell phone/Home Phone


• Truck and/or Trailer, Appliance Dolly (700 – 1200 lbs)


• Basic/Power Tools, Digging Instruments and Voltage Meter


• Background Check and Drug Test


• Helper availability – over 18 years old and able to pass a background check


• Weekend/Evening/Holiday Availability

Compensation/Payment

• Independent Contractor/1099 position: Expenses are tax deductible


• Piece Pay/Job Based Pay: Average $20-$35/hr; Average Amount of Work Available: 1-5 jobs per week, depending on preference and ability


• Electronically: Direct Deposit or Pay card


• Bi-weekly: Every 2 weeks on Tuesday
