Back Office Administrative Assistant
Descri??o da vaga: Responsible to analyse and provide solution or answer to financial and non-financial transactions, requests and complaints from customers. To log the cases/ticket in the systems and route to other area for a final case solution when necessary. Responsible to perform financial adjustments on card accounts, when required. Analyse and validate card application forms Perform data entry of card applications forms Interact with other areas and suppliers (internal or external) to address client requests. Analyse and treat all documents related to customer requirements or internal processes (fax, letters, etc). Perform activities according to pre-defined procedures, process, workflows and scripts. Experience prior call center or credit/debit card back office experience is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent is required. Complete or undergoing college degree is a plus.Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. Capability to work under pressure and with complex requests. Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to overcome objections in a logical, persistent manner Ability to convey difficult messages in a calm dispassionate manner Strong call centre operations understanding Strong analytical abilities. Demonstrate a broad knowledge of corporate organization and policies. Demonstrate business, technical and functional knowledge at an expert level. Demonstrate intermediate skills in project management, communication, analysis and presentation. Demonstrate management skills. Capability to work under pressure and with complex requests Effective interpersonal relationship skills and teamwork capability.
