Sales Representative (Automotive with Mining Experience)

Main functions:
Develop the company’s presence within the industry.
Maintain existing client relationships and develop new clients.
Coordinate dealer and agent activity in targeting the retail and fleet markets.
While adhering to budgets and targets, develop sales initiatives and implement sales programs.
Liaise with technical team to assist with sales and client visits where necessary.
Give sales presentations as required.
Draw up weekly reports of sales and marketing activities.
Maintain a high level of service to clients, while continually striving to minimize customer complaints etc.

Requirements:
Proven sales skills, with an emphasis on the negotiation and presentation aspects.
Technical background.
Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales.
Minimum of 7 years experience in new business development.
Experience in the mining industry advantageous.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Flexible, resilient and able to adapt easily.
Strategic and analytical thinker.
Must be able to demonstrate commitment, loyalty to the company and enthusiasm.
