Area Manager
Descri??o da vaga: Overall responsibility for the area, including profit and loss (P&L), to drive sales and profitability to meet targets. Specific responsibility for sales, provisioning and operations within the area, supported by region and corporate engineering and finance functions. Responsible for developing and delivering against budgets and forecasts. Manage day-to-day operations, and service customers with the goal of operational excellence. Implement and maintain processes and procedures associated with the sales, provisioning and operations functions in the area. Manage local Maca? and Rio de Janeiro based teams. Oversee scheduling of personnel for jobs, projects and dispatches. Oversee billing of jobs and projects. Oversee inventory and asset control. University degree in relevant business or technical fieldMust be able to work under pressure and multi-task under these conditions. Must have the ability to organize and lead teams. Must have direct skills in P&L management, business development leaning. Must possess an unrelenting passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Behave ethically: understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that personal behavior is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization. Communicate effectively: fluent in Portuguese and English; listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Organize: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities. Solve problems: assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
