Branch Administration Assistant - First Financial Corporation - Terre Haute, IN





Act as Operations Center Receptionist. Answer multi-line phone and direct calls. Greet customers. Photocopy, compile packets, booklets, mailings, and assist with general clerical duties. Assist and support Branch Administration staff in all assigned duties.

High school diploma

·

Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative assistant/secretarial position

·

Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and a working knowledge of computers, copy and fax machines

·

Previous branch experience preferred

·

Microsoft Word and Excel

Primary Activities

Answer multi-line phones and direct telephone calls

Greeting Customers

Distributing mail within the department

·

Prepare staff meeting minutes

·

Responsible for Harland Clarke check order returns and ACH transactions.

·

Complete Branch Ranking Report

·

Complete Excessive Savings Withdrawal monitoring

·

Complete and monitor charge back Returned Items fees

·

Responsible for various other manual ticket entries

·

Responsible for branch birthday cards

·

Completion of the following monthly reports:

o

Board Reports

o

ATM reports for the Correspondent Banking Manager

o

Closed CD Report

o

Overtime Summary for all regions

o

FirstPlus Replacement Card Fee report

o

StartFresh report

o

Fee Reports

Valut Averages

§

NSF Fee Income

§

Teller Fee Analysis
