Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries is one of the region’s larger providers of Continuing Care Retirement Communities as well as personal care/assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. Hours (per 2 week pay period): 0 Scheduled Hours Per Pay Period

Shift: Varied

General Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily clinical operations of the assigned care unti, as well as utilizing nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop care plans that ensure patients’ needs are met.  Collaborates with the care unit’s nursing supervisor/unit manager to assume and provide leadership to the clinical team.

Education/Training: Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse; maintenance of license by performing necessary continuing education requirements.
