POSITION SUMMARY: The Shift Lead CSR is responsible for ensuring that the daily fulfillment of Thorntons PTW strategy is achieved through their actions and leadership. The Shift Lead CSR will continue to abide by their original CSR job description as well as the additional responsibilities outlined in this agreement. The Shift Lead CSR is accountable for fulfilling a leadership position as assigned, during specified shifts and insuring within the team, the prioritization, delegation and completion of tasks and initiatives on those shifts. The Shift Lead CSR will be considered for continuation in Thornton’s career development and management training programs, however, acceptance into the Shift Lead CSR position does not guarantee a future management position. The Shift Lead CSR may serve in a team lead position concurrent with, or in the absence of, a manager on duty. » Apply Now
