Food Service Worker I - Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods - Terre Haute, IN
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Must have basic knowledge of general food service practices
Experience preferred but willing to train
Must be flexible to work different hours as required
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Applicants should be qualified as follows:
Must know how to plan, and organize in a timely manner.
Must know how to operate and care for institutional kitchen equipment and appliances, and be alert to hazards.
All job duties are expected to be completed in accordance with the mission of the Sisters of Providence.
Must be able to read and follow directions for work assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly with other staff members of the food service staff and other departments.
Must be able to anticipate daily work flow and rearrange schedule to meet the demands of the department.
