As a Successful Team Member You Will:

• Greet every customer with energy and an enthusiasm about technology.
  


• Be skilled in serving and selling to multiple customers.
  


• Provide customers cutting-edge product and service solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
  


• Connect with your community to create a loyal RadioShack customer base by becoming your neighborhood electronics store.
  


• Forge strong business relationships with our vendor partners, particularly our Sprint locations within our stores.
  


• Show pride in your store by maintaining exceptional store standards through stocking, cleaning, merchandising, etc.
  


• Treat the store as your own, and perform other duties as needed that will contribute to the success of the business.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
  


• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  


• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs including evenings, holidays and weekends
  


• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  


• Bilingual ability a plus in some markets
