Customer Service Representative 1 - Heights Finance Corporation - Terre Haute, IN
Heights Finance Corporation is a leading consumer finance organization located in the Midwest with over 100 branches in six states. We currently seek a self-motivated individual to join our team as the Customer Service Representative in our Terre Haute, IN location.

The CSR will assist the branch manager in all aspects of client contact. This will include handling telephone inquiries as well as greeting and directing customers to the appropriate team member.
DUTIES
Some of the essential responsibilities are as follows:
Provide memorable and outstanding Customer Service as defined by our Corporate Values:
Ensure every interaction with each customer work in conjunction with creating a “raving fan” experience
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and obtain appropriate information from customer in order to direct customer to appropriate team member within the branch
Apply our Corporate Values in every transaction with customers
Complete administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy:
Maintain branch records including filing of branch records
Process invoices and various other clerical duties including Accounts Payable
Process loan applications
Compile and mail marketing materials
Support Branch Growth by:
Generating loan applications and promote products that are offered by Heights Finance Corporation
Contact customers by phone to prevent delinquency
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass pre-employment credit, criminal background and drug screenings
Education/Experience:
One year certificate from a business college or technical institute; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
