Electrician/Multi Craft Mechanic
Electrician/Multi-Craft Mechanic National Gypsum Company, located in Clinton Indiana, a leading manufacturer of cement backer board which is used as tile underlayment, is currently searching for two (2) candidates for an Electrical/Instrumentation Multi-craft Mechanic. Desired qualifications: Versed in AB ControlLogix and Flex Logix, A/C variable speed drives and motion controllers Strong electrical (480vac), fabrication skills with an ability to engineer and design solutions for process changes Positive attitude toward change and the ability to adapt and relate to the work environment and the associates Strong communication and leadership skills to maintain an open and friendly working climate Demonstrate a clear focus on safety as the main priority of the job Strong working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting Willingness and ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities The ability to organize and prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance planning Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills Ability to be flexible with hours, schedules and on-call rotation 5+ years electrical experience preferred We offer competitive compensation along with an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription, life insurance, retirement plan, profit sharing and 401K program with company match.
