General Manager



The General Manager will report directly to a Regional Vice President and have a reporting relationship to a Board of Directors. The General Manager will have responsibility for accomplishing the company’s production goals, ensuring the plant operates in a safe, efficient and profitable manner and for maintaining all business operations of the biorefinery.


As a leader at the biorefinery location, this team member should have a strong understanding of how the production process works and be ready to implement changes as needed. The General Manager must be able to work as a team with staff at the Plant, POET corporate office and investors. This opportunity has growth potential and offers mobility within POET.
