Rockville Site Manager - Ivy Tech Community College - Terre Haute, IN





Provides and assists in leadership, supervision, and guidance in the development, delivery, administration, and implementation of all programs and services delivered at the site or instructional center. Site manager reports to the Director of Outreach.

Major Responsibilities


Recruits, and assists in selection, and supervision of staff and faculty. Supervises and assists in coordinating academic affairs to include selection and scheduling of classes. Supervises and assists in coordinating student affairs activities to include admissions, financial aid, registrar, student activities, and career and employment services. Assists in coordinating Corporate and Community Services for the site. Assists in site marketing and communications functions. Supervises and assists in coordinating Instructional Technology activities for the site. Assists in the planning and administration of the site budget. Assists in facilities management for the site. Assists in supervision of business office operations for the site.


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree required. A minimum of two (2) years related work and supervisory experience. Must possess the willingness and ability to travel.
