Knowledge Services provides outstanding services to major organizations in various industries, including; IT, Healthcare, Entertainment, Media, Federal and State Governments, Public Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing and more.
Provide customer service to customers in person, by telephone, or in writing.
Advise, instruct and furnish information pertaining to the various tax types administered and collected.
Analyze accounts, establish payment arrangements.
Will also serve as a receptionist by greeting customers and determining their needs.
Previous customer service in an office environment
MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Pay is $10.53 per hour
Hours are 8 – 4:30 M-F
