Network Technician - Atlas Field Engineers - Terre Haute, IN

Atlas Field Engineers , are seeking an independent contractor in Terre Haute, IN who are experienced in network / POS troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance .Technician must have reliable transportation and their own tools as well as materials. (Materials used will be reimbursed) You will also need a laptop with a DB9 port + console adapter or a USB to Console adapter for Cisco routers and switches.You are provided with multi-tier phone assistance for all aspects of the job. Basic cabling proficiency is a must. By basic we mean punch down, terminate and run Cat5e/Cat6.We have a dedicated scheduling team to get you as much work as you want based on your availability. We have an Educational Advancement grant program, that allows you to apply for financial assistance, with further education and certification in job related topics. (Such as CCNA training)All Contractors are required to complete a knowledge / skills assessment test, and a criminal background check. *Pay ranges from $20 – $70 per hour* and varies based on the type of work/service being performed.
