Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $47,175.00 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Our top sellers earn an average of $55,521 per year.

  One-Time Bonus

  
  

  You will receivea one-time bonus of $500.00. AT&T will pay your one-time bonus either a)all within 30 days of employment, or b) in two equal installments; the firstwithin the first 30 days of employment, and the balance after 6 Months fromyour employment date. This one-time bonus is contingent upon your agreementwith the terms in the Agreement for Repayment of One-Time Bonus,. The agreementprovides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate youremployment within one year of the first day of your employment.
