Position Title: Accounting Coordinator
Shifts: 1st
Location: Greencastle
Reports To: Controller

Basic Functions & Specific Duties:
*Responsible for completion of routine tasks under direct supervision within functional area
*Decision making authority is minimal and only within guidelines that are specified by a supervisor
*Duties can include the compilation of reports, filing, data collection and entry, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, typing, scheduling and coordinating, preparing correspondences, answering telephones, interfacing/greeting customers.
*Assist in preparation of income, balance sheets, and various other accounting statements or reports
*Provides support regarding analysis of financial reports and records regarding accounting of reserves, assets and expenditures is given in the following ways: collection of data; compiling reports; data entry
*Accounts Payable contact with Corporate Shared Services, to research and obtain approval for invoices without a three way match
*Work with Corporate Shared Services to produce month end accrual.
*Work with Plant Records Integrity to resolve supplier receiving/payment issues through research and supplier reconciliations
*As a part of the Accounting Team enter scrap into QAD and any related scrap reporting
*Perform other duties and analysis as assigned.


Requirements/Qualifications:


*AA or equivalent experience
*Entry level – 5+ years
*Ability to manage confidential information
*Good communication and listening skills
*Organizational ability
*Strong computer skills
*Extreme accuracy required
