Accounting Clerk job - PotashCorp - Cory, IN

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing trade payables, freight payables, expense claims and performing other administrative functions for the Accounting department. The Accounting Clerk is also responsible for ensuring internal controls are properly adhered to and documentation is properly filed.


Preferred candidates will have two or more years of Accounting or Clerical experience, combined with a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration. Previous Accounting classes would be an asset. Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and data entry are essential. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is necessary, and previous experience with Oracle software would be beneficial.


The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
