Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop business opportunities through phone, mail and in office customer contact. Process credit applications and close loans. Safeguard cash and follow balancing procedures. Achievement of delinquency control standards. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of each customer.

Salary Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications Entry Level Salary – $10 per hour
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position:

• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills are required.


• Candidates must be professional, poised, able to follow directions, and work independently as well as part of a team.


• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced professional environment is a must.


• Attention to detail, determination and strong work ethic are also necessities.

• General computer knowledge.

• Must pass a background, credit investigation and ability to be licensed to sell insurance
