Action Pest Control, with more than 60 years experience in Pest Control is seeking a Branch Customer Service Administrator in the Terre Haute, IN area. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering customer calls (inbound, outbound, and email), interacting with employees and managers, scheduling service calls for customers, and entering customer information into the customer database program. Essential functions of the job:
- Expected to answer the customer’s questions on the initial call.
- Performance will be measured on call center metrics.
- Acts as the liaison between the customer and the Pest Control Technician, Outside Sales Representative and Managers.
- Respond by phone to inquiries from potential and current customers.
- Perform outbound calls to gauge customer satisfaction, collect receivables or other outbound calls as deemed necessary by management.
- Manage customer retention by handling cancellation calls, service and billing issues, which may include assisting with routing issues.
- Gain, Maintain, and Expand knowledge of Action Pest Control business.
- Responsible for accurate data entry (ie. production invoices, new sales, account edits, etc.) and maintaining the quality of the data base.
- Responsible for other general administrative tasks or to provide administrative support to the branch, market or region and other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.
- Gathers, processes and enters in to computer database all customer information including service programs, service issues, payments and cancellation information in accordance with Action Pest Control procedures.
- Assist in the compilation of data for monthly reports.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:
- High School Diploma (or GED), Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management are a must
- One or more years of direct customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquetteStrong data entry skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented work environment
