Job Duties:

Answers telephone, relays messages to appropriate person and communicates with Ambulatory and Operating Room. Keeps families updated on patient procedure , updates patient tracking board. Manages flow of patient visitors and front desk reception. Assists visitors, physicians, patients and co-workers with requests. Deals effectively with patient requests

Job Requirements:

Prior experience working with surgeons and OR staff. Experience working with bed ready system and OR patient tracking board. Positive upbeat personailtiy and works well with patients and families
