The Dining Room Manager is responsible for the overall operation, coordination, appearance and maintenance of the dining areas. This position also serves as a role model in providing dining service and training for the dining room staff, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards. The Dining Room Manager also supervises the daily operation of the Village Shoppe and the Club Room. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years in a hotel, restaurant, club, hospital, long-term care facility or other similar front of the house customer relations experience.
