First Plus Clerk job - First Financial Corporation - Terre Haute, IN

This position is responsible for providing customer support for the Visa Debit, ATM, Business, Home Equity and HAS cards.

Job Requirements/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent


·


Bank experience preferred with knowledge of AS400, Onbase and CSPI


·


Excellent customer service with written and oral communication ability

Initiative for problem solving

Computer skills, including knowledge of Windows based spreadsheets and word processing programs


Primary Activities

Customer Support for cards and transactions


·


Processes all new applications


·


Handles questions from branch locations in regards to issues with ATM and check cards


·


Process maintenance changes on all card types including ATM, Debit, Business, Home Equity and Health Savings Accts.


·


Handle any returned mail in relationship to cards and do all the maintenance for hot cards


·


Review reports daily/weekly/monthly


·


All other duties as assigned
