Job Responsibilities: (Carpenter Real Estate Agent)


Initiate marketing activities, calls, emails, online postings, face-to-face meetings, designed to prospect for new customers.


Assist clients in assessing mortgage options to ensure that they receive the best rates and terms


Meet with clients to assess their property needs; Generate lists of properties that meet the buyers’ needs and financial resources; Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers


Advertise sales of properties using various mediums such as open houses, multiple listing services, networking etc


Work with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to agree to the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates


Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases


Job Requirements: (Carpenter – Real Estate Agent)


Administrative and clerical skills necessary to manage files and records; Must be able to use basic computer programs


Need to be a self-starter, have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and be able to multi-task


Comprehension of percentages and other basic math concepts


Possible agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age


Customer service skills required to fulfill the needs of clients and build good relationships


Sales and Marketing Skills required for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
