Supplier Quality Engineer Job in Terre Haute 47808, Indiana US
Supplier Quality Engineer needed for a growing, multi-billion dollar manufacturing company that produces components and assemblies for the automotive market. This person will be develop assigned suppliers in the areas of Quality, Delivery, Service, and Total Cost. A qualified candidate should have a background in working with either plastic or electronic components in a supplier quality aspect.
Responsibilities for the Supplier Quality Engineer
- Assists Purchasing in coordinating all Localization activities
- Reviews and approves ISIR submissions
- Performs Supplier Quality Systems Surveys and supplier process reviews
- Works with engineering and purchasing to evaulate now product sourcing.
Requirements for the Supplier Quality Engineer
- Bachelors Degree (engineering preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on electronics and including electronics components
