Responsibilities:

·         Assists Plant Manager with the financial affairs of the local site

·         Oversees cash management and cash forecasting for the site.

·         Responsible for month end close and corporate reporting.

·         Prepares annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.

·         Able to report and explain weekly KPI financial results to Divisional management.

·         Assists Finance Director with reporting requirements to Group level.

·         Assists site management with understanding behind the numbers to drive performance improvement.

·         Maintains account reconciliations and balance sheet management.

·         Prepares capital project justifications for equipment expenditures.

·         Evaluates commercial opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         5 or more years accounting experience in manufacturing environment.

·         Solid GAAP/IFRS, cost, and financial analytical skills are necessary.

·         Strong in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

·         Experience working with ERP systems and data extract. 

·         Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and management skills.
