PAYROLL MANAGER for City of Terre Haute. This position will develop & administer all tasks necessary to promptly & accurately accomplish payroll objectives; ensure compliance with federal, state & local laws, as well as the Citys agreements with the unions & the Citys own payroll & benefit policies & procedures.
