Large property management firm seeking EXPERIENCED community manager to run a 101-site mobile home community located in Terre Haute, IN.

Position REQUIRES you to live on site in company provided home as part of your benefit package.

Other skills and duties not limited to:

Proven sales experience for community owned homes

Strong collection skills of community site rent and home payments

Excellent customer service, communication and people skills
Organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail
Oversite of any and all staff and rehab contractors

We provide on site housing, base salary plus bonus and commissions based upon performance as well as group medical and voluntary dental and life insurance. Company match 401K program.
